Why Choose Us for Your Physical Assessment
When comparing other clinics, Jorge Rodriguez, ARNP, and Dr. Josefina F. Tur, M.D. noticed a clear gap in preventive care.
Many practices offer limited lab panels that do not test for enough biomarkers to detect early warning signs.
Their program was designed to close that gap—focusing on comprehensive biomarker testing, tailored to each patient’s gender and health profile, providing a clearer and more complete picture of overall wellness.
While the clinic’s annual physical packages do not automatically include ultrasound imaging, ultrasounds are offered and recommended when the provider determines they are warranted—for example, when findings from the physical exam or lab results suggest a possible concern. Patients may also request an ultrasound for their own peace of mind.
To make this service even more convenient, all ultrasound exams are performed in the comfort of the patient’s home by a licensed mobile imaging team, ensuring privacy, accuracy, and flexibility without the need to travel. These imaging studies can detect hidden conditions such as carotid plaque, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), early kidney changes, or certain cancers—conditions that bloodwork alone may not identify.
Each of the three Annual Physical Packages includes a comprehensive, in-person medical evaluation performed by a licensed provider—not just lab collection.

Every package includes:
• BMI measurement
• SpO₂ (oxygen saturation)
• Lung sounds and full physical exam
• Physical fitness evaluation
• EKG/ECG (performed as part of the visit or when clinically appropriate; not a biomarker)
Together, these services provide a balanced and complete assessment of overall health—combining objective, gender-specific laboratory analysis with a hands-on clinical examination.
Their shared mission is simple:
To make advanced, preventive care accessible—and life-saving—for everyone.
Step-by-Step: What to Expect at Your Annual Exam

Step 1 — Comprehensive Health Review
Your visit begins with a one-on-one consultation and a detailed discussion of your medical history.
The provider will review your symptoms, prior conditions, medications, allergies, and family health background.
Lifestyle factors such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, tobacco, and alcohol use are also discussed to create a complete understanding of your health.
Step 2 — Vital Signs and Physical Assessment
During your physical exam, our team records vital signs—blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature—along with height and weight to calculate Body Mass Index (BMI).
SpO₂ (oxygen saturation) is also measured to assess oxygen levels.
A lung and heart evaluation is performed to review breath sounds, rhythm, and cardiac function, followed by a full physical examination assessing posture, flexibility, and fitness.
An in-office EKG/ECG screens for early cardiac irregularities or silent heart disease.
Step 3 — Selecting Your Exam Package
After the assessment, the clinician will help you select which exam package best fits your needs. Each includes your consultation, vitals, EKG, and comprehensive bloodwork—with added biomarkers in higher tiers for deeper insight.
